Stereo Mixer

can you plug a guitar into stereo inputs on a mixer?
can you plug a guitar 1/4″ jack into stereo inputs on a mixer? because im using xlrs in my main inputs.
Thanks
You can, but there’s going to be a couple of problems:
– A mono guitar cable is only going to feed one side of the channel
– Most stereo inputs on mixers are designed to take a line level input. If you crank up the channel to make the guitar loud enough, it’s probably going to be pretty noisy.
Good luck.
